Face your challenge with positive attitude...!!!

Once upon a time a daughter expressed her painful feelings to her father that her life was wretched and that she didn’t know how to tackle it. She was sick of fighting and struggling all the time. It perceived just as one problem was solved, another one followed. Her father, took her to the kitchen. He filled three pots with water and placed each on fire.
Once the pots began to boil, he put potatoes in one pot, eggs in the second pot and ground coffee beans in the third one. He then let them boil on fire, without saying any thing to his daughter. The daughter, moaned and impatiently waited, thinking about what he was doing. After around twenty minutes he turned off the burners. He took the potatoes out of the pot and put them in a bowl. He took the eggs out and put them in a bowl and then ladled the coffee out and placed it in a cup.
Moving to her, he asked to her, “ what do you see?” “Potatoes, eggs and coffee,” she quickly responded.
“Look closely”, he said, “and touch the potatoes.” She did and noticed that they were soft.
He then asked her to pull an egg and break it. After taking off the shell, she observed the hard-boiled egg.
Finally, he asked her to sip the coffee. Its rich aroma taste brought a smile to her face.
“Father, what does this mean?” she asked.
He then explained willingly that the potatoes, the eggs and coffee beans had each faced the same hostility-the boiling water. But each one reacted differently. The potato was strong and unrelenting, but in boiling water, it became soft and weak. The egg was friable, with the thin outer shell protecting its liquid interior until it was put in the boiling water. Then the inside part of the egg became hard. However, the ground coffee beans were unique. After they were exposed to the boiling water, they changed the water and created something new.
Which one are you?” he asked his daughter. “When miserable situation knocks on your door, how do you respond? Are you a potato, an egg, or a coffee bean?”
Moral:
In life, things happen to us, but the only thing that truly matters is how you choose to face it and what you make out of it. Life is all about learning, adopting and converting all the struggles that we experience into something productive.

A solar-powered plane

A solar-powered plane able to fly in sunshine or darkness without using any fuel took off yesterday (June 29) on a planned 120-hour flight across the Pacific Ocean, from Nagoya, Japan, to Kalaeloa and Hawaii.
The Solar Impulse 2  took off from Nagoya runway at 3:03 a.m. local time in Japan (2:03 p.m. EDT on June 28). The flight, which is anticipated to take five days and five nights, is part of an successful attempt to travel the world using only solar power.

The travel-the-world attempt began March 9 in Abu Dhabi, in the United Arab Emirates. On May 31, Solar Impulse 2 tried to complete the seventh leg of its journey, from Nanjing, China, to Kalaeloa, but the flight was diverted to Nagoya due to bad weather. Last week, after spending few weeks in Japan, the plane was again grounded due to poor weather conditions. But today's attempt went off without a problem and delay.

"Now in the flight to Hawaii. Very strong emotions as I cleared the point of no return: exploration starts from here," pilot Andre Borschberg, who is also the CEO and co-founder of Solar Impulse, wrote in an update on Twitter. Borschberg included a photo of the Solar Impulse 2 soaring over a bed of fuzzy clouds.

Bertrand Piccard, the chairman and founder of Solar Impulse and its other pilot, will help Borschberg from the Mission Control Centre in Monaco. Borschberg and Piccard both have been alternating being at the controls of the single-seater plane.

Staying alert for such a long alone flight poses many difficult task , but Borschberg plans to take just 20-minute naps(small sleep) and meditate to keep his blood moving appropriately and his muscles relaxed. Piccard  told us before that he uses self-hypnosis to keep concentrated during long flights. Piccard is expected to pilot the solar plane on the another leg of its journey, from Hawaii to Arizona.

The Solar Impulse 2 is charged by 17,000 photovoltaic cells on its air-wings, which drive properly during the day and charge batteries that power the airplane at night. There will be 13 flights in total, if all continues according to the plan, according to Solar Impulse officials

Problem depends on the way you look at.........

A BEAUTIFUL WAY OF LOOKING AT THINGS:

A Father was reading a magazine and his little daughter comes and then distracted him. To keep her busy, he had torn one page on which was printed the map of the world. He tore it into small pieces and asked her to go to her room and combine them to make the map again.
He was sure that she would take the entire day to get it done. But the little girl came back within minutes with perfect map. When she was asked that how she could do it so quickly, she said, “Oh Dad !!!!, there is a man’s face on the another side of the paper….. I made the face perfect to get the map right." She ran outside to play by leaving the father unexpected.

MORAL OF THE STORY:

There is always the other side to whatever you have experienced in this world. Whenever we face a challenge or a puzzling situation, look at the other side…. You will be astonished to see an easy way to overcome the problem.

BlackBerry update: private chat

BlackBerry on Friday updated to its BBM apps for Android, BlackBerry 10, and iOS with a new Private Chat feature.
The latest BlackBerry Messenger build version 2.9.0.44 is currently available from Google Play India. The Canadian company also says the update to BBM with new qualities and improvements including Private Chat is also in the BlackBerry 10 and iOS apps, but while the updated BB10 app is available on BlackBerry World, the App Store still lists an older BBM app version that was last modified in April.
The BBM update primarily added the Privacy and Control Subscription, which replaces the existing Timed and Pull Back Messages Subscription. The most notable of the features offered in the subscription is Private Chat, which allows people to have a private chat without contact names or new message notification, and the chat also self-destructs after a short period of time.
The previously offered Timed Messages or Retracted Messages features meant for specific chats still remain, while a new Edit Message feature has also been added. The Edit Message option will allow users to retract, change, and re-send the message. The Privacy and Control Subscription will be available at $0.99 (approximately Rs. 63) per month and the current Timed and Retracted Messages subscribers will be automatically renovated to this bundle.
Apart from these common changes across the Android, BB10, and iOS apps, BlackBerry has also completely improved the Android app with a Material Design makeover. It brings a new look and introduces new colour theme to BBM. Some of the other additions in the update include the new hide unused sticker packs; Quote Message, which will allow to reply to a last messages in the chat; tablet support, and landscape mode support. The new update also enables users to update their status from the feed. For iOS users, BlackBerry has also updated the way font sizes are interpret on iOS. On BlackBerry 10, the BBM app also gets the Quote Message feature, the ability to modify status from the Feeds tab, and the ability to handle sticker collections.

Motivation story : Temper Control.

Once there was a little boy who had a short temper. His father gave him a bag of nails and told him that every time when he lost his temper, he must strike hammer a nail into the fence.
The first day the boy had hit 37 nails into the fence. Over the next few weeks as he learned to control his anger and tamper, the number of nails hammered daily, gradually came down. He understood that it was easier to hold his temper than to drive those nails into the fence. Finally the day came when the boy did not lose his temper at all. He told his father about it and the father alluded  the boy now to pull out one nail for each day that he was able to hold his temper.
The many days passed and the young boy was finally able to tell his father that all the nails were removed. The father took his son by and led him to the fence. He said “you have done it, well done, my son, but look at the pores in the fence. The fence will never be the same. When you say things in anger, they leave a scar just like this one.”
You can put a knife in a man and draw it out. It won’t matter how many times you say I’m sorry, the wound is still there.
Make sure next time you control your temper that are tempted to say something that you will regret later.

Gmail updated : enable undo send

Perhaps the best Gmail feature that Google has been testing for years is one you might not even know exists: Undo Send. It delays sending your email for a few seconds after you click Send, so you can take it back if you want, i.e, spell someone's name wrong.

After the feature spent six years in public beta, Google announced in a blog post this week that Undo Send is becoming an official setting.

For users who already had the Undo Send beta on, the feature will remain on, and those who didn't, can turn it on via the General tab under Settings.
When it launched in 2009, Undo Send would delay sending your emails for five seconds, but it now lets users choose if they want to hold their mail for 5, 10, 20 or 30 seconds.

If you don't already have this feature turned on, it might just save you from that next embarrassing type.

ENJOY LIFE AT EVERY MOMENT

Once a fisherman was sitting near the seashore, under the shadow of a tree smoking his cigarette. Suddenly a rich businessman passing by approached him and asked as to why he was sitting under a tree smoking and not working. To this the poor fisherman responded that he had caught enough amount of fishes for the day.

Hearing this the rich man got annoyed and said: Why don’t you catch more fishes instead of sitting in shadow wasting your time?
Fisherman asked: What would I do by catching more fishes?
Businessman: You could catch more fishes, sell them and earn more amount of money, and buy a bigger boat four yourself.
Fisherman: What would I do then?
Businessman: You could go for fishing in deep waters and catch even more fishes and earn even more amount of money.
Fisherman: What would I do then?
Businessman: You could buy many boats and could provide employment to many people to work for you and earn even more money.
Fisherman: What would I do then?
Businessman: You could become a rich businessman like me.
Fisherman: What would I do then?
Businessman: You could then enjoy your life peacefully.
Fisherman: What do you think I’m doing right now?

"We don’t need to wait for tomorrow to be happy and enjoy our life. We don’t even need to be more rich, more powerful to enjoy life. LIFE is at this moment, enjoy it fully..."
Yahoo has uncover a new mobile search experience with richer content that intents to help users “take action right away”.

It’s an important update for Yahoo, with mobile search activity continuing to grow. Google recently proclaimed there are more mobile searches than PCs/laptops searches in the US and at least nine other countries.

Yahoo’s Andrew Poon said on Thursday the plan behind the new search results is to go beyond a list of links to an experience “that connects you instantly to the people, places and things you care about”.

"We know when you’re on the go, you’re often searches for a specific piece of information. So rather than delivering endless links for you to sift through on a small screen, we beautifully put together the most significant information in a way that allows you to take action right away," he said on Yahoo's official blog on "Tumblr".

The new mobile search results are running now but only in mobile browsers. Yahoo's mobile app has not been modified to include this feature.

And on Wednesday, CEO Marissa Mayer announced a deal with Oracle to promote Yahoo when people update the Java software on their PCs.

BANK should be taken as TIME.

Imagine there is a bank, which credits your account each morning with Rs 86,400, carries over no balance from day to day, grants you to keep no cash balance, and every evening cross out  whatever part of the amount you had failed to use during that day. What would you do? Draw out every single penny, of course!
Well, everyone has such a bank. Its name is "Time".
Every morning, it credits you with 86,400 seconds. Every night it writes off, as lost, whatever of this you have failed to use for good purpose. It carries over no balance. It allows no overdraw. Each day it opens a new account for you. Each night it burns the records of the day. If you fail to invest the day's deposits, the loss is all yours.
You can not go back. There is no withdrawing against the "tomorrow."
Therefore, there is never not enough time or too much time. Time management is decided by us alone and nobody else. It is never the case of us not having enough time to do things, but the case of whether we want to do it.

Facebook has updated its messenger.

Facebook Inc has allowed users without an  account  to sign up for its Messenger app with a mobile number, the social media company said on  Wednesday,  in  another move to broad the app's reach and make it  stand alone platform.
Earlier this year, Facebook opened  up  Messenger   to developers, and Chief Executive Mark Zuckerberg said he wanted to connect users directly with retailers, restaurants, and other businesses for their convenience.
With the latest update,  users  will  be  prompted  by  an option that  says  "Not on Facebook?"  when  they  open app. They can have to  sign up with  their  name,  phone number and a photo.
This messaging service, which has 600 million users, has added a number of new  features in recent  months, such as games and video calling.

Keep Believing in Yourself.........

Success is being yourself..!

There may be days  when you get up in the  morning  and  things aren’t the way  you  had hoped they should be.
That’s when you have to tell yourself that things will get better. There are times when people discomfit you and let you down.
But those are the times when you must remind yourself to trust your own opinions, to keep your life focused on believing in yourself.
There will be many challenges to face and changes to make in your life, and it is up to you to accept them fearlessly.
Constantly keeping yourself headed in the right direction for you. It may not be easy at times, but in those times of struggle you will develop a stronger sense of who you are.
So when the days come that are full of frustration and unexpected responsibilities, remember to believe in yourself and all you want your life to be.
Because the challenges and changes will only help you to find the goals that you know are meant true for you.
Keep Believing in Yourself......!

Smartphone specification

Every single smartphone has some kinds of drawbacks.

Your phone might be beautiful, but your friend's phone has better software version. Your phone might have an amazing camera, but you want the battery life like of your sister's phone.
But what if you could design the perfect smartphone?
It's a fantasy: There is no such thing as a 100 % perfect smartphone. But there are smartphones that have near-perfect components or virtually flawless features In phone.
If it were possible to borrow a part of one phone and attach it to another, creating a kind of Frankenstein phone, here's what it would probably look like.

Body: iPhone 6
Yes, it's a predictable choice. But the best-looking phone is the iPhone6. Apple intense attention to detail is unparalleled. The fact that the Samsung Galaxy S6 looks nearly identical to the iPhone 6 is no coincidence.
The iPhone 6 feels great to hold, with its curved edges, and springy switches and buttons. And it is super thin -- almost unbelievably so.
Software: Moto X
Google's Android 5.1 (aka Lollipop) is about as good as you're going to get in a mobile operating system. But theMoto X added just a few modifications to Android that make it the best smartphone software on the planet.
The Moto X knows when you're driving, at home or in a meeting and will automatically read your texts aloud, announce who is calling or respond with a custom text. When you take the phone out of your pocket, your phone will display the time. When you get a call, just wave at your phone to silence it. To snap a photo, just shake your phone -- even if it's locked. And when you get a notification, you can tap your phone to get a quick glance at who's trying to bug you.
That's a smart phone. Most other Android phones add bloated features that you definitely don't need. And the iPhone can never claim to have the best mobile software as long as iCloud is a critical part of it.
Camera: LG G4
Most high-end smartphone cameras are more than passable as point-and-shoot replacements. But the LG G4 is so rad, it very well might be a DSLR replacement.
The G4's 16-megapixel camera can snap photos in 0.276 seconds, and the camera app launches in just 0.6 seconds. It has a Laser autofocus. It's got a color spectrum sensor that helps the phone sense what the photo will look like before you take it. And it has a three-axis image stabilization so you can take smooth shots while driving over potholes.
The G4 also gives you full control over the camera: Shutter speed, ISO light sensitivity and white balance are all adjustable, allowing you to take professional-grade photos (provided you know what you're doing).
It allows in more light than any other smartphone camera, and its image sensor is 40% larger than its competitors. The 8 MP selfie camera is in a league of its own too, letting you wave at the camera to snap a picture.
Screen: Galaxy S6
The Galaxy S6's screen is simply jaw-dropping. It's bright, the colors are brilliant, and the viewing angles are tremendous.
It feels like a 4K ultra-high-definition TV in your hands -- because it kind of is. Its resolution is four-times more pixel-dense than standard HD displays.
Speakers: HTC One M9
There is more space between the M9's "Boom Boom Sound" speakers and the nearest competitor than the distance between rivals in any other category.
The M9 has front-facing stereo speakers. That alone makes the phone stand out, since most phones relegate the speakers to tiny pin holes in the back or the bottom of the phone.
But in addition to just being louder than any other phone, the M9 features impressive software and Dolby virtual surround sound that make a Bluetooth speaker unnecessary.
Battery: Droid Turbo
The Droid Turbo's 3,900 milliampere battery is just sick. It's nearly twice as big as the iPhone 6, a third bigger than the iPhone 6 Plus and the LG G4 and 21% bigger than the Galaxy Note 4.
Verizon says it'll get you through two full days, but that's a bit of a stretch. Still, it'll get you through a full day (and then some) with heavy use. And it comes with a turbo charger that will give you several hours of battery life with just a 15-minute charge.
It adds a bit of heft to the phone, but it's a small price to pay for never having to worry about your battery life.
Materials: Nokia Lumia 1520
The brightly colored polycarbonate shell that Microsoft uses for its high-end smartphones is superb. It grips to your hand, it's durable, and it doesn't scratch (if you have a red phone, it's red all the way through -- it's not painted).
The OnePlus One sandstone material feels a tad better in your hand than the Lumia, but it's too prone to scratching.
Processor: LG G4
The Qualcomm Snapdragon 810 chip found inside the Samsung Galaxy S6 and the HTC One M9 is faster and technically superior than the LG G4's Snapdragon 808. But the 810 chip is notoriously prone to overheating.

We'll take a (very, very) slight hit to speed in place of not burning a hole in our pants.
Fingerprint sensor: iPhone 6
If we're building a perfect phone, it's got to have a quick and safe way to log in. The best way to do that is with a fingerprint sensor, and the best fingerprint sensor is on the iPhone 6.
It's comparable in accuracy to the Galaxy S6's also excellent fingerprint sensor, but the iPhone's reader unlocks the phone just a hair faster than the Galaxy S6.

Jott app

Have you ever heard of Jott, go ask a teenager.

A white-hot new app for instant messaging, Jott has nearly 500,000 monthly users and one million app installs after just three months of launching in the market.
You might think there's no need for yet another messaging app. But, Jared Allgood, CEO and co-founder of Jott, said 30% of U.S. teens don't have text messaging abilities at school.
His company, Juxta Labs, interviewed 350 junior high and high school students and found that teens send 50% of their text messages during school hours -- but many are getting left out of the conversation because they don't have cell phones.
"There's a group of kids whose primary device is an iPod or iPad," All good said. "They don't have  cellular plan, no data plan and most public schools don't provide Wi-Fi access. Essentially, those are kids who show up to school with a dead device."
The solution is "Jott".

The app's AirChat feature allows users to send data and texts without a connection to the Internet. Jott uses Bluetooth and Wi-Fi radios to create a closed network with other devices that are within 100-feet of each other.
Jott also features social media must-haves, including stickers, screen shot detection, disappearing texts and photos and much more. The app also offers advanced security measures. Unlike YikYak, another popular messaging app for teens, Jott users have to provide their real names, birth dates, phone numbers or e-mails and location to gain access to a school network.
"Teens are highly interested in owning their privacy," said Jayson Ahlstrom, Jott's COO and co-founder. "So we give them a level of comfort that what you say is in your control. And you don't have to fear what's going to happen after you hit send."

Make your priority and work according to it

A philosophy professor stood before his class with some items on the table in front of him. When the class began, wordlessly he picked up a very large and empty mayonnaise jar and proceeded to fill it with rocks, about 2 inches in diameter.
He then asked the students if the jar was full. They agreed that it was.
So the professor then picked up a box of pebbles and poured them into the jar. He shook the jar lightly. The pebbles, of course, rolled into the open areas between the rocks.
He then asked the students again if the jar was full. They agreed it was.
The professor picked up a box of sand and poured it into the jar. Of course, the sand filled up the remaining open areas of the jar.
He then asked once more if the jar was full. The students responded with a unanimous “Yes.”
“Now,” said the professor, “I want you to recognize that this jar represents your life. The rocks are the important things – your family, your partner, your health, your children – things that if everything else was lost and only they remained, your life would still be full. The pebbles are the other things that matter – like your job, your house, your car. The sand is everything else, the small stuff.”
“If you put the sand into the jar first,” he continued, “there is no room for the pebbles or the rocks. The same goes for your life. If you spend all your time and energy on the small stuff, you will never have room for the things that are important to you. Pay attention to the things that are critical to your happiness. Play with your children. Take your partner out dancing. There will always be time to go to work, clean the house, give a dinner party, or fix the disposal.”
“Take care of the rocks first – the things that really matter. Set your priorities. The rest is just sand.”

Inspirational story

MEANING LESS GOAL

A farmer had a dog who used to sit by the roadside waiting for vehicles to come around. As soon as one came he would run down the road, barking and trying to overtake it. One day a neighbor asked the farmer "Do you think your dog is ever going to catch a car?" The farmer replied, "That is not what bothers me. What bothers me is what he would do if he ever caught one." Many people in life behave like that dog who is pursuing meaningless goals.
