India will be world's 2nd largest smartphone market by 2017

 According to Analytics, India may take the position of world's second largest smartphone market by 2017 by defeating US who currently holding 2nd position. According to Strategy Analytics,  Smartphone sales are predicted to increase from 1.5 billion units in 2015 to a new record 1.7 billion by 2017 globally.
US, China and the India are the three large countries which helps in growing sales of smartphones globally.
"We estimated global smartphone sales will make a record from 1.5 billion units in 2015 to a record 1.7 billion in 2017," said Mr. Mawston, director at Strategy Analytics.
"India's growth is in smartphone is on boom because of low cost smartphones companies joined the Indian market, consumers shows their keen interest. Local smartphone brands like Lava promoting their brand aggressively," said Linda Sui, director at Strategy Analytics.
 More than 118 million smartphones  be sold in India this year according to analysis.
